Mediva Rx / Mediva Limited

Mediva Limited (the “Company”) is a Hong Kong–registered e-commerce service provider that offers a Chinese-language ordering interface, payment processing assistance, and customer service support for cross-border purchases of pharmaceutical products from overseas manufacturers.

All medications offered on this website are:

  1. Manufactured, supplied, and shipped directly by overseas pharmaceutical manufacturers, primarily based in Bangladesh;

  2. Delivered directly from the manufacturer to the end customer through international courier services (e.g., DHL); and

  3. Not stored, handled, repackaged, delivered, or supplied within Hong Kong by Mediva Limited.

Mediva Limited does not import, supply, sell, distribute, or deliver any pharmaceutical products within the territory of Hong Kong. Mediva Limited is not a pharmacy and does not engage in any activity regulated under the Hong Kong Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance (Cap. 138) or the Dangerous Drugs Ordinance (Cap. 134).

Under Hong Kong law, individuals are allowed to import non-controlled medicines in reasonable quantities for personal use via international courier. All products purchased through Mediva Rx fall strictly under this “personal use import” framework, with the overseas manufacturer acting as the sender and the customer acting as the importer of record.

Mediva Limited’s role is limited to:

  • Providing a multilingual ordering interface;

  • Facilitating cross-border payment processing;

  • Relaying customer orders to overseas manufacturers;

  • Providing customer support and logistics tracking.

By using Mediva Rx, the customer acknowledges and agrees that Mediva Limited is not a supplier or seller of pharmaceuticals, but solely a service platform facilitating communication and payment between customers and overseas manufacturers.
